FOUNDATION

•   Participant will be able to decide which legal structure is best for their company

•    Participant will have narrowed down who their targeted customer in and other information about that customer

•    Participant will be able to explain, in detail, what their sustainable revenue model is


FRAMEWORK

•   Participant will be able to identify what other co-founders may be necessary to grow

•    Participant will be able to identify what partners are needed to deliver the product/service to the targeted customer

•    Participant will be able to their "Go to Market" strategy (in general)


FINANCIALS

•    Participant will have an understanding of the 4 financial documents, what they are and what they mean

•    Participant will have a general understanding of other basic business financial ratios, what they are and what they mean

•    Participant will have a basic understanding how valuation, equity, ESOPs and cap tables work


FUTURE

  • Participant will develop a plan for "hockey stick" scale
  • Participant will composed written projections and plans for the next 2,5, and 10 years
  • Participant will consider what their "exit" options are and what they look like
