 Online, instructor-led training. 

 8 hours of CPE credits.

About This Workshop:

 Lean Six Sigma is a powerful process improvement system that helps businesses streamline operations, reduce waste and increase productivity. The result is greater profitability and increased customer satisfaction. The LSS Yellow Belt Certification is the first step in a journey to build your problem-solving and analytical skills. This 2 day online, instructor-led course combines key concepts, tools, and practical applications. 

How it Works 

1. Pre-Training: Submit a business problem you are facing using our "Pain Point" template. We provide feedback to help you define and scope the problem and build the business case. 

2. Training: We explain the concepts and show you how to apply the tools and techniques to your project. You practice the exercises and build muscle memory. Participants take a certification exam to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in Lean Six Sigma. Minimum 80% for passing. 

3. Post-training: Receive 1-hour of personal coaching on your project and a compelling storyboard template to help ensure your success.

2 half-day sessions on September 29th & 30th 8:00 am to 12:00 pm EST
