Description

The U.K. and EU/EFTA states have a heightened level of competition for foreign investment. Choosing to locate in one location over the other or realizing the necessity to locate in both will presents challenges, benefits, and opportunities for U.S. companies seeking to do business across the Atlantic.

Our panel discussion will focus on the future concerning the “effect” of Brexit concerning establishing an H.Q. in the U.K. or E.U. soon. 

The discussion topics will focus on implications, pitfalls, opportunities, and benefits to U.S. based small and mid-size companies. 

We will address important topics such as employment, logistics, and the end of “freedom of movement,” technology (including I.P. issues, patents & trademarks), rules and regulations, and business & commerce.
